House of Lowell operates an online retail store offering clothing and related products.

6. Shipping and Delivery
House of Lowell offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our return facility in China.
House of Lowell does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover applicable return shipping costs where a return is required.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing has begun or the order has been dispatched.
9. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms communicated with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to correct or cancel promotions affected by technical errors, misuse, or fraud where permitted.
